The purpose of the plants: IRB deferrization plants are designed to remove iron compounds (Fe2+, Fe3+), manganese (Mn3+, Mn4+), suspended particles from water, as well as to reduce the hydrogen sulfide content and oxidation.
The principle of operation: IRB deironing plants are classic reagentless filters.
The filter material is AC sorbent. A unique loading that works in the most difficult conditions (at low pH, iron content up to 20 mg/l, high turbidity and oxidizable). The AC sorbent acts as an oxidation catalyst in the reactions of dissolved oxygen with iron (II) and (III) compounds, resulting in the formation of iron (III) hydroxide, which is an insoluble compound, easily filtered and removed by reverse water flow. The sorbent does not require any chemical reagents for regeneration.
For the manufacture of our technological devices, we use complete control valves from Clack Corporation (USA) and cylinders for filter material from Wave Cyber (China).
