Hydranautics membranes cover all methods of membrane water treatment: microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis. Hydranautics presents on the Russian market its latest products of the highest quality. A wide range of Hydranautics membrane elements allows you to solve most problems associated with high-quality water treatment. All elements undergo 100% testing at the manufacturing plant.
Hydranautics reverse osmosis membranes are manufactured by Nitto Denko (Japan), which has long been rightfully ranked among the world leaders in the production of water treatment equipment. Nitto Denko produces a wide range of membrane elements of different degrees of filtration (ultra-, micro-, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis), which help to solve any problems related to water treatment for any purpose.
CPA5-LD is a fourth generation CPA reverse osmosis membrane with a high brackish water removal ratio. This 400-square-foot, 99.7% rejection membrane was an upgrade to the CPA3 reverse osmosis membrane because it is designed with a low pressure drop LDTM. It offers improved rejection of all ions, including silica and nitrate. CPA5-LD reverse osmosis membranes use a patented 34 mil thick feed pad that increases membrane cleaning efficiency.
As a result, the CPA5-LD reverse osmosis membrane does not need to be cleaned frequently, reducing treatment costs while providing exceptional durability and consistent performance.
CPA5-MAX reverse osmosis membranes have 440 square feet of membrane area and are well suited for RO polishing and low pollution applications. This increased membrane area can reduce capital costs with fewer pressure vessels and a smaller floor area.
The CPA5-LD reverse osmosis membrane is available in 4.0″ and 8.0″ diameters, and the CPA5-MAX membrane is available in 8.0″ diameters.
